My relationship with English

It is common to say that time makes everything better. The truth is that if you practice every day, you can get better at what you do. So I’m going to write about my relationship with English. I have studies English since I’m a teenager. At school, I learned, numbers, colors, and a few more things. But when I got into high school, a lot of friends got into an extra English course with native speakers. I actually went to that course because a lot of young people used to study there. My parents agreed and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I started to speak English. My time in that course was long, I got a sufficiency degree. However, when I finished, I stopped practicing and my English was not as good as at the beginning. At college, students have to get an English certification, so I had to take another course. I discovered that I remembered a lot, however, I needed a lot of practice too. So, I decided to get into CEC English courses. I started from Academ...

Stuck Bus.

When I was seventeen, I had to leave the city I was born in to move to other in order to study at college. From that moment, I got used to travel alone to visit my family on weekends. The bus always arrives at my hometown five hours after we leave the bus station. But this time, it took so much more. I still don’t understand what was the problem with the bus, but the driver and his assistant were not able to fix the damage. We were almost twenty passengers, and none of them could catch any signal on their phones to ask for help. And it started to...

The organizers wanted that all students get along, so they told us to talk with a student we didn´t know at the moment. I don’t remember her name, but I still remember her voice when she asked me: Who are you? What´s your story? I cannot recall what I answered, but I got nervous. That was a complex question for me while I was 17 years old. And it is still difficult to answer now, 7 years later. But I’ll try to write my response tonight.  I am a student. I’ve been a great student since I’m was kid, my parents always wanted me and my sisters to be the best. Currently, I am studying at college, hoping to get my degree this year. I have a lot of goals in my professional life. I am focused on working at a laboratory. My passion is biotechnology, investigation and development of food, and microbiological analysis. I’m working towards getting a ...
